*Okay, here’s the deal. We’ve done this once before, but this is my other explanation for what you’re about to see: I have this thing about being sick (and I was most certainly so leading up to the food of November 6, 2010) where just as I’m at about 96% better I feel the need to eat something a sick person shouldn’t. It’s a changing craving that does what it wants and I usually go with the flow. Even when I was little and I was sick and eating Campbell’s soup like three times a day I’d talk my Mom into taking me to McDonald’s or Burger King just as I was feeling better. She’d try to talk me out of it, I’d try to talk her into it. It’s all about this mental hurdle of, ‘ok, so I want something greasy and potentially disgusting, I have to be better’. So friends, for the second time this year I give and apology and a warning….I’m sorry. I know how bad Kentucky Fried Chicken is and is for my body. Don’t make a habit of it if you go.
