Dying to know of your experience at the new Atingua Guatemala! Do tell, asap!
ReplyDeleteSo far I'm loving it. I've done a chicken dish and a beef dish and both have been very good. They're super friendly in there. When they first opened they were serving everything with this really good potato salad that had peas, celery, etc but now they're putting a salad on the side with a spicy, thick tomato salsa like topping. I definitely preferred the potato salad, it might be a side dish at this point though. I hope they didn't '86 it completely.

ReplyDeleteI will ask them about this side dish because I love peas in a decent potato salad and I am afraid I missed that boat!
AND, went to meet with the owners on Thursday, and I was so impressed by their friendliness. I did go at like, 9 a.m. though, so still have get down on their eats, very soon!
